E-Request Upgrade

Description:

The E-Request upgrade project was undertaken to directly impact organizational efficiency by reducing paperwork and processing time for routine procurement transactions. The E-Request project digitized common forms, such as the Purchase Request, Blanket Request, Traveler Registration, and Travel Request. Most forms were built into an automated workflow to allow for electronic review and signature before routing to the procurement office for processing.
