Description:
Following the award of Fairfax County's
new office supply provider, the supplier's enterprise resource planning system (Microsoft Dynamics) was required, by contract, to be integrated with Fairfax County's ERP (SAP) to allow for seamless order processing from one system to the other, and seamless payment processing in the reverse. This project required the coordination between multiple Fairfax County Departments, consultants, and the supplier's Information Technology department.
